Scan, pick, pay, drive in.

Which unit do you want?
Live availability — what you see is what's actually open.
Not sure? Use the size estimator and it'll bring you back here with a size picked.
Who's renting?
This creates your account, so you can pay, see receipts, and move out later without calling anyone.
We email a one-tap link instead of making you invent another password. Open it on this phone and you'll land right back here.
Rental agreement
Read it here, accept it here. Your acceptance is timestamped and emailed to you — no printing, no scanning.
Month-to-month
Your rental runs month to month. Either side can end it with the notice described below; there's no long-term lease and no penalty for leaving.
Rent, autopay and sales tax
Rent is billed on the same day each month to the payment method you set up. Arkansas sales tax is added and itemized on every receipt.
Late payment and gate access
If rent isn't paid, you'll get automatic reminders. If the balance passes the cutoff day, your gate code stops working until the balance is paid — at which point it reactivates immediately, on its own.
What may not be stored
No flammables, explosives, chemicals, perishable food, plants, animals, or anything wet. Nothing illegal. Nothing living.
Your lock, your unit
You provide the lock and hold the only key. We don't enter your unit except as allowed by law or in an emergency.
Insurance
Your belongings are yours to insure. Homeowner's or renter's policies often cover stored property — one call to your agent confirms it.

Set up payment
Bank autopay is the cheapest way to pay; cards work too. Either way, rent handles itself every month.
One moment.
You're all set.
Your agreement is on file and the unit is in your name.
From here your account holds your receipts, lets you update your card, and handles move-out when the day comes. If the balance ever goes past due, the code pauses and switches back on the moment you pay.
