These terms cover your use of this website. They are not your storage contract — when you rent a unit, a separate rental agreement governs the unit itself, and that agreement controls if the two ever seem to disagree.
What a reservation is
- A reservation is a free, non-binding hold on a unit size. No payment is taken and you can cancel any time.
- A reservation is not a lease and does not guarantee a specific unit number.
- Unit sizes and prices shown here are subject to change until you sign a rental agreement. If a price changes before you rent, the price in your agreement is the one that counts.
What the size estimator is
The estimator is a planning tool. It compares what you tell us about your home or vehicle against the published size guidance used across the storage industry. It's an honest estimate, not a guarantee that your belongings will fit — how much furniture you own matters more than how many rooms you have. If you're between sizes, choose the larger one.
Facility information
Mountain Springs Storage is under construction in Cabot, Arkansas. Opening dates, unit counts, features, and pricing described on this site reflect current plans and may change as construction finishes. Nothing on this site is a promise that a particular unit or feature will exist on a particular date.
Using this site
- Don't submit false information, someone else's contact details, or automated form submissions.
- Don't attempt to break, scrape at scale, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any part of this site.
